Q - Do I need to have an account to shop at this website?
A - No. You can create an account if you prefer, or , you may shop as a guest. Simply fill in and submit the express registration.

Q - How do I register?

A - Signing up is fast and easy. Simply click the register link, enter the information that is required and click on continue..

Q - Is my personal information secure?
A - All of the information you supply is strictly confidential. It will only be used internally by Costakanellos.com for deliveries or customer service. Your credit card details are SSL-encrypted and will never be stored online or accessed without your permission.

Q - I forgot my user ID or my password?
A - You can retrieve your password by clicking the forgotten password link in the Login area.. Simply enter your e-mail address and your password will be sent to that address.

Q - Can I get liquidation products?
A - We offer limited quantities of discontinued products in our "Liquidation Products" section. Unfortunately, once we run out of stock, discontinued items are no longer available.

Q - I do not want to pay by credit card on the internet. How can I place an order?
A - We welcome you to order by phone 9:00 - 5:00 Eastern Time, Monday through Friday at  ( 514) 634-9662 ,  or you may pre-pay by cashiers check or money order.

Q - How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
A - To add an item to your shopping cart, on the Product page enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the quantity field and then click Add to Cart.

Q - How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
A - To remove a single item from your shopping cart, select the checkbox under Remove, next to the item you wish to remove, and then click the Update button.

Q - How long will it take to process my order?
A - We ask that you allow from 7 to 15 days to process an order.  Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Q - Do you ship outside Canada?
A - Yes. We ship throughout Canada and the continental United States at the pre-set flat rate shipping charge. Shipping to other destinations is also possible, however please contact us to determine the appropriate shipping charge. Note also that your shipment may be subject to "import" fees as determined by your country's laws. Please refer to our "Terms and Conditions" for more details.

Q - How much is your flat rate shipping charge and to which destinations does it apply?
A - Our flat rate shipping charge is $6.95 US dollars and it applies for orders being shipped throughout Canada and the Continental United States only. For other destinations please contact us for a shipping quote. Note: Merchandise will only be shipped to the address provided in the registration process.
